I really miss the RL Kast! Always so funny!
Two days ago, I was brushing my teeth, and decided to brush my tongue too. And, uh, I scratched the back of my throat with my stupid toothbrush. So…don’t do that.

50/50 H2O2/H20 don’t use excessively. debridement refers to the fact that H2O2 basically eats away the very top layer of skin in your mouth as well as killing the bacteria. H2O2 is known for assisting in the removal of dead tissue in wounds thereby facilitating wound healing, but it’s come into close scrutiny in recent times for damaging good tissue as well. the mouth is a very quick healer, tho, so you’re in little danger – just a reason not to do it every hour. just thought you’d like to know. i support your efforts to eradicate stink bomb breath once and for all.

For the record, we weren’t confused. We just discovered you a couple weeks ago and have been watching the videos – this was our first linkcast. My hubby watched with me for comedy sake, AND I saw his eyebrow working during the last ten minutes. Next thing I knew, he was casually taking the hydrogen peroxide into the bathroom! Thank you, it was like a More You Know public service announcement… except funny.

Good informative show! My mom is all over peroxide for teeth whitening, and keeps trying to get me to switch out my mouthwash for it.
A couple of years ago my dad had bad breath. He tried everything.One of the strangest remedies i thought was chewing on fennel seed.It actually helped but did not get rid of it. So he started using peroxide+water and it worked.His breath could have killed. Small children were in danger.Rhett you know what you are talking about, and i want to thank you and Link for sharing.

I wish I saw it live….. but instead I was working at church… I would have called in I deal with a lot of people with BAD breath.
I will absolutely tell my friend about 50/50 mix. Rhett knows a lot about bad breath so I’ll try it my self…..

After watching your show tonight, I brushed my teeth and was on my way to get out the hydrogen peroxide, and then I grabbed some Crest Whitening Rinse that I must have bought close to a year ago at CVS and forgotten about. You can imagine how I rejoiced when I saw that it claimed to do the triple-action of whitening teeth, protecting against stains, and killing bad breath germs! And then at the top, I noticed the label: “ALCOHOL FREE.” The ingredients include water, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, and some other fancy stuff to make it tasty.
So people, if hydrogen peroxide tastes as horrible to you as it does to me, get alcohol free Crest Whitening Rinse and it should do the same job. Here’s hoping, anyway!
