This just in…Brian “E-hermit” Layman has alerted us to his family collection of plates, which amazingly include several from Howe Caverns, complete with 1842 written on them. Incredible, really:
Yay your new address =D yay I was devistated when I heard you where moving cuz me and my friends or club or whatever you wanna call it where gonna send I box like the Fe-mells did so I’m very happy hooray! =D
That…was…beautiful. I think you should end every vlog with an interpretive dance. =D
Glad to see Sinaid (I don’t know how to spell that name…) is settled in her new home!
And I better see that picture I sent you on a bulletin board. :] hahah
I watched the video first and wrote the address down…I had to guess how to spell Furquay Varina and I was honestly expecting my spelling to be wrong. Surprisingly I got it right. I wanted to share my victory in spelling with you!
It looks like your new place is working out for the two of you so far! …Well, besides for some minor sun-glare anyways
Well even sadder was that in 1842, children would only be paid $1 a WEEK, if they were lucky. And then they would have to pay some of that back for room and board, so about 75 cents a week? Yeah, that sounds about right.
And just for things and romes, I think I’ll send something. I don’t know what I’ll send, but it will be something that will blow your minds back to the old P.O. Box….I think
opps ignore that last comment,…
I will brainstorm what a pair of internetainers may need before i send anything out… and also, just a random thought:
was it just me or did someone else think that rhett’s interpretive dance at 6 min remind you of a t-rex yoga pose in fast forward mode.. im not insulting rhett but I am wondering is he used to dancing that way so that he does not crush those shorter than him on the dance floor?
You really should create a song out of the first part of this video – the “Greetings, mythical beasts…” part. I’m not sure what the lyrics would be, but it’s begging a song.
Family collection?? heheheh those plates are MINE MINE MINE I tell you! That is why no one is allowed to play ball in our dining room!
Be sure to check the PO box this week.. a little package is coming your way!!
Hey Guys, We’re approaching our 2nd annual “Maine BBQ Feast!” Are you hungry?
As mentioned in your vlog, there is in fact an 1842 Webster-Ashburton Treaty boundry monument in Fort Kent, Maine. In addition, the town’s namesake “Fort” was built at the intersection of the St. John and Fish Rivers in 1839-41. It was built to protect the interests of American loggers who used the rivers to transport logs to sawmills downstream. A remarkable and bloodless war ensued, and in 1842 the US / Canada border was setteled by the treaty . The original hand-hewn log Fort Kent still stands, and is a registered National Historic Landmark. Great P.O. Box #! Keep up the good work.

A couple of comments:
UNfortunately, he missed Queen Victoria? Seriously, Rhett? LOL
It was definitely good to see Sinead. She seemed right at home and happy in the new place.
And the spastic chicken dance at the end. My daughter and I both lost brain cells over that one.
But other than that, the place seems to be shaping up nicely. Put Sinead to work to earn her keep. First video – new studio. Awesome!!!
