Over 300 of you have already made the smart choice and joined the RhettandLinKommunity. As if you didn’t already waste enough time on the Internet watching the two of us Internetain you, we’re now offering a whole new level of Internetiness.
The Kommunity is a social network for people who are willing to publicly consider themselves our fans. We’ve provided a lot of ways to connect with other Kommunity members, and we’re going to be spending a lot of time there ourselves.
Several of you have already started some interesting discussions on the forum, and we’ll be replying often to “Burning Questions for Rhett&Link”. The Kommunity is also THE place to participate in the Summer 2009 Kommunity Building Exercise. You can upload your audio, video, or photo creations and win prizes such as props from our videos. We’ll also be vlogging regularly over the summer about Kommunity happenings, and just to keep you updated on what we’re working on.
We’ve created this new site as a way for all of us to stay connected. So go over there and sign up if you haven’t already!

I joined the Kommunity last week right after the last show. I am glad i did. I have had alot of fun so far. I posted photos, left comments, started a group, joined a couple of groups,made alot of real neat friends, and I am also working on my CBE for the summer. I would’ve commented on the blog earlier, but I have been very busy. Keep up the good work you guys. Link came up with a super idea!! Way to go Link!!!
Erm… I wouldn’t say over 300 so soon, 16 of those 300+ are just me using different aliases. LOL. Just kidding (I only use 9). And hello? I don’t think I’ve missed a single blog post. BTW, I noticed the ability for one to see older blog posts is disabled. Not nice!

You guys are so funny! I saw the pocast you did about Compton and I laughed my tail off. I grew up in public houseing in Washington D.C., and had friends, who when they stayed the night at my place, were afraid to walk outside to get a icecream cone. I have alot of friends who have contacted me since I graduated and I’m still know as “The whte girl with the bangs”. Anyways, thanks for makin me laugh, you guys are great! Take care- Missy

Surprisingly, I survived it, but I definitely miss you guys!! Don’t get me wrong, you two deserve a break and I love the new Kommunity, but I gotta be honest and tell you that this whole hiatus thing is not very fun for me
Oh, well… I may have to go through some counseling (or “Kounseling”), but, with a little hope, I think I can get through it in one piece.
The wait is tough, but I’m thrilled to finally see the ’80s video once it comes out, and I’m sure it will be worth every second of anticipation!
Do I sound pathetic enough, yet?? If not, let me tell you that this really is not going to be easy to overcome…
