Popular Youtubers Eat Cheesesteaks

That title sounds like a headline for a local paper. We pulled out the big guns for today’s episode from the Alka-Seltzer Great American Road Trip. Luckily for us, our stop in Philadelphia coincided with the homegrown Youtube gathering Yo’Tube. We’ve always liked the idea of collaborating with other Youtubers, and it definitely doesn’t hurt when they’re more popular than we are and could bring some attention to our videos. So, thanks to charlestrippy, nalts, edbassmaster, shaycarl, supadupaflygirl, littlepandaexpress, and themightythor1212 for helping us out!

Keep an eye out for the next episode to be released on Monday. We think it’s one of our favorites from the series so far.

    it makes me hungry……..kind of.

The cheese rap was epic. The Indy .500 was great. The Intergalactic Food Smugglers video was hilarious.

However, I didn’t really like this video, mainly because Rhett and Link are basically not in it at all, and the Youtubers aren’t that funny (read as “not funny at all”). The video with Terry at least had you guys in it a little bit, and Terry’s pictures were funny. It was nice to see you thought of others, but this is Rhettandlink.com, and you guys are the ones I come to see. ;)

Z, i understand where you’re coming from, but even as great as rhettandlink are, they’re not going to gain as much notoriety by just keeping to themselves and hoping peeps happen to stumble upon them. they’re networking and it’s a great way to spread their names to others who wouldn’t have otherwise been introduced to them.

for example, tavin dillard is my second favorite youtuber but i wouldn’t know about him if r&l didn’t interview him!

and @greg, i thought shaycarl was hilarious! his tongue’s at disneyland – you can’t get more descriptive than that!

Way to give me cheesesteak envy as I eat my cheesesteak hot pocket for lunch….
You introduced me to some new people in this video, thanks!

I actually thought this video was pretty funny… About the whole networking thing, Cephas 76 is right. I would have never heard about Rhett and Link if it wasn’t them doing the Dead iPod Song with iJustine. Networking is a wonderful thing.

That ShayCarl guy is an interesting character. lol, he kind of reminds me of some of my dads younger friends.

    Kudos on a wonderful video!

I’m not saying to not have anyone else, but think the best thing would have been Rhett and Link asking them some zany questions and just being… Rhett and Link, because that’s 10 times funnier than a few different and unknown (at least to me) people trying to be funny. This is just my opinion however, so you’re perfectly entitled to disagree. I guess I’m just disappointed somewhat because I really look forward to these videos, and it was kind of lame to see that it wasn’t that funny.

With that said, I’m looking forward to the next video quite a bit. :D

Okay, this one was extremely weird. I didn’t like it very much. You two weren’t in it enough!

The best Philly cheesesteaks are from a place called Toby’s in Phillipsburg, NJ. In addition to great food, it serves as the front for a money laundering operation
