My Hair Song

\

We never know where the inspiration for a song will come from. Sometimes, it might be as simple as realizing that there exists a simple dichotomy between the two of us. My hair goes up; Link’s goes down. Can we make a music video out of that? I think so.

We used more fishing line on this one than any other video we have ever made. For an in-depth look at how we made birdies fly and sail boats zoom across a pond, check out the behind-the-scenes video, which conveniently doubles as today’s episode of Good Mythical Morning!

T-Shirt Shout Outs!

\

Thanks to those of you who’ve already purchased a T-shirt from our T-shirt War Store! We really appreciate it. The shirts are going fast, so if you want one, we encourage you to go ahead and pick yours up. Time for some shout outs!

Thanks to the uber-talented Billy Reid for helping to make the T-Shirt War video what it is. Billy’s behind-the-scenes video really captures some of the work that went into the project:

Go subscribe to Billy and tell him we sent ya!

Credit Union Chaos

\

Our latest lucky local business to receive a free local commercial from us and Microbilt is Bucks First Federal Credit Union in Bristol, PA. Bristol is just outside of Philly, and that means it’s within spittin’ range of Edbassmaster, our good friend and fellow YouTuber. In addition to making Ed wear a mascot costume, we asked him to show up in character (he plays a lot of them, so we didn’t know exactly what he was planning). Turns out that Skippy was the perfect candidate.

Thanks to all the wonderful employees at Bucks First. You were all such great sports! We’re excited to release the official commercial on Wednesday! Comment below with how you think you would’ve reacted to Skippy.

We Got Tattoos Where it Counts!

\

Our trip to True Blue Tattoo in Austin, TX really left a mark…

Hopefully this video demonstrates how committed we are to the craft of Internetainment (or it might just demonstrate how stupid we are). Anyway, we’ve got no regrets, and our wives actually thought it was one of the more romantic things we’ve ever done (I know your tempted to think that means that we’re not very romantic). But truly, they like them. Well, Jessie liked mine and Christy liked Link’s.

Stay tuned for the actual commercial, which will be released on Wednesday! Thanks to everyone at True Blue for being so fun to work with. We’ll never forget our time there. In fact, I remember True Blue Tattoo every time I step out of the shower.

Now tell us, would you get your significant other’s name tattooed on your hiney?

Can Filmmaking Get You Arrested?

\

Thanks to all of your warm responses to One Man’s Trash. We underestimated how much you would enjoy it. As we were reading your responses yesterday, we remembered a CRAZY story from the making of the film. I (Rhett) tell the whole story via a video that I uploaded over at the Kommunity. So, head over there and watch it! Here’s the video. You’ll need to complete the very simple sign-up process to join the Kommunity if you haven’t already. Remember, you haven’t really lived until you’ve joined the Kommunity. Okay, that’s overstating the case…but still…you should join it.
