Our friend Chuck Testa: Internet Meme
The local commercial we made for Chuck Testa’s Ojai Valley Taxidermy has exploded all over the internet! It’s surpassed 2 million views in just a few days, making it our fastest growing video ever. Ever. (And that includes all of our videos, not just local commercials!)
You can download the entire episode of Rhett & Link: Commercial Kings where Chuck trains us to taxidermize a goat head and turkey fight on iTunes or Amazon. The ten episodes from season one are currently re-running on IFC: here is the official schedule.
Not only has the ad gone viral, but a meme has been spawned!
Visit OjaiValleyTaxidermy.com for T-Shirts and win prizes in his Photoshop Contest.
And here’s a recent greeting from the man himself:
The pleasure was all ours, Chuck!

I subscribe to the Rhet and Link YouTube channel, and I’m by no means as regular about checking it out as I used to be, but when I finally got around to watching this, I thought it was hilarious. The third time I watched it, I realised that there was something quite disturbing about Mr. Testa: he’s wearing the Totenkopf “death’s head” on his hat. This is a NAZI symbol. YIKES!!!

Hi Rhett and Link, I’d like to interview one or both of you briefly for a story for the Ojai Valley News. I’d like to know how you met or heard about Chuck Testa; what you thought of your Ojai experience and what it was like working with Chuck and putting together the commercial for Ojai Valley Taxidermy.
Thanks,
Chris T. Wilson
