We’re back in the swing of things here at the Rhett&Link headquarters, and that means releasing our first video of 2009. We present our last Supernote-related video, the official theme song for our SuperNote Champion, Peter Heggem. We channeled Johnny Cash for this one.

Love the old-fashoned theme to this one. Yet another great video.
@Anna, oh yes, the day we named everything from floor to lamp in the R&L studio. I’m sure Herbert, Maxwell, Tom, Mr. Fly Jr. (or Ethel), Frank, Stephanna Quad, Larnold, Phillip Pepehans Larse, Kenny, and that box of dirty laundry love this video, too.
Great song and video. I especially like the random pictures of cephas with a blank expression on his face. This song also reminded me of office hours when the chatters and I named everything but the wall and the misc. items on the ground.
I absolutely love the song. Definitely a Johnny Cash feel to it, but that’s essentially the only old country I will admit to listening to The videography was amazing. And it must have been a “purty” day that day. Good job guys! I’m sure Peter will love it!
It DOES have a Johnny Cash feel to it! I couldn’t quite place my finger on it, but that’s it! I like the song. It brings back memories from when we (the people in the chatroom) named most of the objects in your office while both of you were away… Well, we named what we could see anyways.
I really hope Peter likes the song!

Phillip Pepenhens (or however you spelled it) – what was he? I don’t recall.

Thank you eHermit, I knew it reminded me of something, now I will have the Bilbo Bagins song in my head all day, that makes me happy.
Haha. I remember when you guys did this.
And when everyone named everything. lol.
Anyways, I think the whole suit and tie bit with the two of you was a pretty good idea,
and the song’s pretty catchy. I rather like it.

That is awesome, Brian…
This song has bugged me all morning. Then I realized the problem! Cross Reception!
You channeled The Man in Black but got some interference from Leonard Nimoy! http://www.thecodecave.com/its-that-crazy-guy-spock/
I love this vocal range, really does remind me of Don.
