For our second Healthymagination YouTube Physical Challenge video, we took the suggestion of witsetastisch, who said, “make like a song with the sound you guys make when u guys work out.” That seemed simple enough:
Thanks to Cape Fear Fitness in Lillington, NC for letting us crash the gym after hours, and thanks to Cape Fear Fitness employee Paige for hanging around and listening to us make strange noises. We suggest they adopt the slogan “Home of the best workout in Lillington,” because we’re fairly certain that’s true.

Man, y’all should’ve come to my house and taped the sounds my sons make when they’re lifting weights out in the garage! The weight on the bar is usually 185-225 lbs and when the weights hit the floor our dog cowers in the corner cuz she thinks she hears thunder!
